Does anyone have any experience of the flyGlobespan interview process?

Is it a happy ship?

Hello,

The interview day is:

1.)Have a talk about the company ie. They talk you listen.

2.)One by one, say if you were going on a round the world trip which 3 countries/ cities you would visit and way. Also what 3 people you would take with you and why.

3.) Group excercise 1. 10 minutes to make a huge flyglobepsan poster about Prague, using paper, felt tips and pictures cut out of magazines.

4.) Then about 2 minutes to make a much smaller poster about Rome.

5.) English test - 10 minutes to write why scotland is such a great place to visit.

6.) 15 minutes to do a maths test.

7.) If you get through all that, then 30 minute 1 to 1 interviews in the afternoon with all the usual crap questions ie.

give an example of when you gave and received great customer service.

give an example of good teamwork

which is the best part of a flight in your opinion

why do you want to work for us

experience of difficult customers/ passengers

blah blah
