Was wondering if any CX pilots out there could let me know the routing/countries flow on this route? Also wondering if VHF or HF is used for comms?

London - Hong Kong.

From London, near Copenhagen, Latvia, Estonia, St Petersburg, through Russian Federation states. Down through Mongolia and into China. to Hong Kong.

The route does move north or south slightly, but is generally in this area.

VHF all the way from London to Hong Kong.
