I need some help, if FAA\ATPL written is vaild for SO position at CX.

Only valid FAA ATPL. I don't think "writtens" count.

dunno tryed to call him on that phone no, but it seems to be a private call line.
Outside calls are blocked.

been there..., before CX changed their website (months ago) they used to post their S/O prereqs and they were: 1000 hours minimum with ICAO ATPL written exams passed. If you get into CX they send you to Australia to convert your licence into a Hong Kong ATP. Most pilots that were invited to the (pre-Sept 11)S/O interviews had logged at least 3500 hours.
