Can anyone tell me that the training aspect of cadet pilot programme at Cathay Pacific?

Look under that sticky thread on top of the forum. Or are you looking for more information than what's already posted on CX's website?

Basically it's 60 weeks training starting with no flying experience to an ATPL. Including English training as well.
