But they supposed to get rid of the Golden Air thing by Mid 2006 and continue navigating brightly and shiny under the name FinnComm Airliness.
Lot of talk about bad things only. They must have some good things also-every company does. Anyone from inside care to comment about the general atmosphere, conditions and how the future is looking.

To build up the experience, great!
Plenty of sectors, approaches and landings. Gives you good base of basic flying.
T&C, however, according to my understanding are something not even worth of getting into. At least for F/O's.
It is good to get the initial experience somewhere, but at some point you should be able to earn your living and pay back your expensive training. Would be nice if it would be possible by flying, am I right?
On the other hand, I know many guys who have been there for years. Who knows?
Well, not so bad in my mind. Fast track to left seat, lot of challenging flying and good people to work with.
Good for first job, at least you won't have to pay for the type, money could be better though...

May I ask what rumours you have heard about new planes? I read from Flight International a while ago that Finncomm is going to have a total of 5 ERJ-145 in the future.
I have also heard the same thing as Northern_Driver that all Golden Air operations in Finland will be taken over by Finncomm in the near future. Does anyone know what will be the destiny of the sole S2000 which Golden Air use in Finland? I find it rather funny that such a small airline as Finncomm/Golden Air use three different aircraft types.
What about the salary, how competitive it is with other feeder airlines like Aero or perhaps with Blue1 S2000 pilots?

Like you said, it seems that when Golden Air will remove itself from Finnish skies it will take SF34s with it, so FC will need replacements.
5 ERJ's is rather optimistic, though wildest rumours I heard was 10. Good to be dreaming...
