Hey all, tis me again....

Just out of interest, can anybody tell me the RN Cockpit Sizing Measurements??

From what I can remember from my visit to OASC at RAF Cranwell RN Max Sizing Limitations are different from RAF Limitations.

Think it would be a good topic to post on as I think it might be something some candidates neglect to take into account until they have their medical and find that their full arm reach is 1/2 and inch short!!

I'm 6' 3" 1/2 and I managed to pass the RN sizing when I had my medical. Something to do with my body being in exactly the right proportions???

Be interesting to see if anyone finds this of any use.....

Regards, John

Hey again all,

Just found this via Air Forces Monthly>

RAF Max Sizing Limitations

Sitting Height> 0.97cm

Buttock - Knee> 0.65cm

Buttock - Heel> 1.17cm

Hope this helps (if it\'s correct) any Very Tall potentail RAF Aircrew candidates.

Regards, John
