Dragonair pilots are now in contract compliance over local and freighter conditions. No agreement on varying seniority was reached with company.

Can you expand on that please headset? Current 747 skippers have been offered DE commands but presumably on contract. What about pay and conditions? e.g. the gratuity for the freighter is 10% not 15%.

I interested in work with Dragon. Could anyone advise on conditions, requirements, if okay for families, schools etc?

As for what people have been advised at interview, can't say as I have not had one.

I believe the original post is intended to indicate that you proceed with Dragonair at your peril. The pilots are in dispute with the company on this one. You are liable to be caught in the middle.

Is that spelt out well enough?

Taking a Direct Entry job at Dragonair will make no friends fast. Not to mention an uncertain future for you and your career. Besides, the company(outright fibbing) is not offering a job with mainline possibilities, but jobs that we intend to fill once this dispute is straightened out.
Do yourself a favour and fly for a real airline.
