The pay rates for BE1900 pilots in various African countries received a good airing on the “Beech 1900 jobs in Morocco” thread last year. I am also familiar with the pay for BE1900 pilots in the Persian Gulf area. What are the going rates in the Caribbean, including TCI and Bahamas? I believe several operators there use Beech 1900s (Skyking in TCI comes to mind) so what sort of pay would a Captain or First Officer receive? What would the pay rates be for similar sized aircraft such as the Twin Otter (Winair) and Bandeirante (Mustique Airways)?
Are there many smaller turbo-prop twins such as KingAirs operating in the Caribbean? If so, what pay could their drivers expect? I presume they would be operated single pilot.
Thanks for any figures.
