Im trying to get to HOG on stand-by and am trying to come up with some contingency plans. Would be grateful if anyone has any info about flights in and out of HOG (from London but any major airport close by ie Europe would do!)

I would have thought it would be easier to get to HAV from Europe.

I believe Monarch fly there for various tour operators. Not sure which dates but you can check their website.
