I want to get up to O'hara's Battery when I'm there in April. I understand you need to get permission to enter - but from whom? Gib tourist board are of no use and I've run out of ideas. Any advice and or phone/email addresses would be appreciated.

As I remember it from a visit last year, although O'Haras had a fence around it, the gate was wide open and you can wander into the battery.
