I've been forwarding SPAM email, along with the expanded view return paths to our Federal Consumers Affairs dept for a while now, but have begun encountering SPAM that will not forward. Instead it attempts to open and run an MS Word doc , which when denied network access, freezes the OUTLOOK application, necessitating an alt/cntrl/del termination and OUTLOOK restart.
Perhaps someone out there can tell me why, what, how and anything else I need to work around this annoying process. What really gets up my nose is that, for whatever it's worth or not worth, I cannot send these emails to our relevant authority for action. Thanks In Advance. SF
