Any news on india routes for BMI

Does anyone know what is happening with the India routes. Has BMI won the appeal or are they still waiting. And also are they getting the 330 back of Emirates. Anybody know anything???

Understand the CAA decision is due any day now ....
Dont expect any change to the status quo...

As for A330 from Emirates why would they want to sell back to bmi an aircraft that they aquired on the open market, Besides it is configured to emirates spec and would require considerable work to reconfig to bmi specs.
