I hope this question dosn't sound silly,
Due to the adventure of the Americans and Brits in the Middle East we see regularly Helis with Radar/Target seeking equipment mounted above the Rotorhead, with much hidden equipment that must run down the centre of the M/Gbox rotor shaft does all this higher up equipment alter the flight envelope and place any other limits on the original performance of the Helis involved?
