(Jan. 25, 2005) – World Airways, a wholly owned subsidiary of World Air Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ:WLDA) has signed an aircraft services agreement to operate its two DC-10-30F freighters for a domestic and international freight forwarder through 2005. The contract value for the service is estimated at $22 million.
“This contract assures high utilization for both of our DC-10 freighters as we continue to expand our commercial business segment,” said Randy Martinez, World’s president and chief executive officer.”
