I'm preparing to pass JAA ATPL exams, my CAA told me that I HAVE TO pass 50% of all 14 exams during first exam day, is it true or are there any other restrictions??
Could you tell me where i can find regulations about it

50% on the first day? So you have to pass 7 exams in one day?
Apart from it being b@llocks it's impossible!

You have six visits & 4 attempts at each subject.
18 months from the day of your first attempt to pass all 14 subjects.
You must also have a minimum amount of study hours and a set amount of time in the classroom.

(The above is for the UK, and most likely where you are from, sure someone will inform you)

True that it depends on country.

Eg in Spain 14 exams done over a single 4 day period (not much sleep going on) and I believe that rule does apply.

May be wrong on that but that is what we were told
