Just a comparison of CX CC vs. UAL CC
SOME UAL DETAILS:
21% increase in Narrow body pay- 737 pay way above AA
28.5% increase in Wide Body pay- 777 matches Delta $30/hr above AA
(these are immediate and retro to April 12th. 4.1% yearly increase too,
starting May 2001. Four year contract)
11% B Fund -matches AA
A FUND increase 1/4 % Above AA A fund
Line gurantee last 10 days of month for any reason
13 Fixed days off for Reserve
Early Retirement -up to 3 years early with NO penalty same as age 60
Merger Pay Protection- If Any USAIR pilot is on higher paying equip then
UAL pilot junior to him gets same pay!
