Could someone in Hong Kong please provide a point of contact for light aircraft flying in Hong Kong.

I think the only way you can fly a light aircraft in Hong Kong is through the HK Aero Club. Eric Cheng, the head of Licencing at the CAD is a member. Don't have his number at home but he should be easy enough to contact and I'm sure he will steer you in the right direction.
