SA health insurance for flying

I'm going over to SA (I'm in the Uk at the moment) for a spot of flight training at 43 in April, and was wondering about health insurance.

Anyone know if there would be any problem for me as a Brit turning up in SA and buying SA health insurance?

The problem is that most travel insurance I can buy here doesn't cover flying.
