What is the exact salary + allowances for a fresh CX S/O?

I have an FAA/ICAO CPL/IR with 1650 hrs total time including 1450 hrs on Multi-engine Turbo-prop with Airline experience.I also have my ICAO ATPL written "PASS".I have all the requirements set out in the S/O advertisement except for the Multi-Eng Command Instrument Rating part as I am flying as a F/O with my airline and have a P-2 multi-eng IR but if offered employment by CX then I'll surely get it.
What are my chances of being offered an interview?
What is the actual salary for a Hong Kong based fresh S/O ?
