I just don`t get it. The only benefit of offering guys extensions, is to lighten the load on training.
Negatives:
Paying bypass pay for an A-scale F/O, and a B-sclae S/O
Morale kicked in the nuts again.

Are they testing the water for future changes?

Stupid bit about all this is that CX needs Trainers so desperately that they wil keep them on for Half pay and the Trainers accept that.
It's rather insulting all round if you think about it - and once again the Boardroom must be laughing themselves stupid.
If our most senior colleagues allow themselves to be 'taken' in this way it sends all the wrong messages to CX.
