Cheap domain/hosting web space ?

Can anyone recommend a good hosting site, I've exceeded my free ISP 50Mbytes and with my home page ....

Cheapest I have found so far is ..
UKHost4u (http://www.ukhost4u.com/online/basic.html)
Who want £30/year for 1gig of space and a 25gig monthly transfer limit ...doesn't seem bad ?

Anyone got any better or recommend ?

Have a look at Ghoulnet (http://www.ghoulnet,com)

Slightly more expensive but I've found them helpful and reliable.
