This (http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/sites/aaib/cms_resources/G-CSPJ.pdf) is the one the CVR thread is about - H369S (four blades, V-tail) unexplained crash in good weather, RIP. Long discussion of how a CVR might have helped.

And this (http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/sites/aaib/cms_resources/G-BRPO.pdf) is an Enstrom 280C forced landing at Oulton Park - pilot believed he had an engine fire, rolled over on touchdown.

Note new format - PDFs - which I can't say I like as much as the old style. They've also removed a lot of the history - it used to go back to 1996.

I must say that I agree with you, Hilico. I have sent an email to the AAIB saying that the new site is not as intuitive as the old one and requires work.

You can still access old reports but you have to use the search facility at the bottom of the page. This, however, is also pretty useless as if you try and filter the search so that you only return, say, helicopter accidents, it seems to return everything.

I would strongly urge people to complain if they are not content.

I agree. The format and style is poorly thought out. Almost impossible to follow themes now.

A case of 'it was not broken so lets make it worse' I fear.
