Dont know if this is the right thread to post this on but here goes.

Im in need of information regarding the above like the layout and if there is any tests etc. I have done a search and found next to nothing regarding VS PSA interviews. Any info would be gratefuly received.

Get ready for a series of bizarre group exercises to see how you interact with others in your group.
Just try to show them you are outgoing, approachable, friendly and fun...etc. typical of the Virgin "style".
There is a small presentation on the company and then in groups you will need to recall this info as much as possible. However afterwards..you have to remember this stuff on your own in a small "test". I.e. Routes, Training process, Names of Virgin Services, lounges, products.
Short break while they discuss and then those who did ok are called for interview straight away.
