Hi

Any info on EVA conditions for contract pilots greatly received...

Seems the only info on there web site regarding employment is a salary of 5 to 6k US per month for F/O.

Is accom provided?
If not how much?
How far from airport?
Transport provided?
Cost of living?
Commuting to OZ, are there enough days off each month to make this viable?
Leave?
Staff travel?
Allowances?
Insurance?
Local tax?
What type currently employing for?
How long is the training period generally?
Who/where trained?
Bond?

All the normal questions. If there happens to be a page with this info please point me to it.

Thanks

Great, thanks for that, got most of what I need.

Can any one at EVA currently commuting indicate whether they're getting sufficient time to do so?

Is a rating transferable to an Australian ATPL from a Taiwanese licence?

Thanks

Yeah thanks...I just received a copy of the brief of working conditions. Very open ended. The salary is very light. No allowance for commuting. Bummer really, just a little off the mark for me. Another 1500 a month + a firm ticket or a travelling allowance would make it so much more attractive.
