I am trying to get hold of a copy of the BASI (British Airways Standing Instructions). Can anyone let me have a copy? Please post a Private Message.

1. Place both feet on the ground approximately eight inches apart.

2. Straighten legs and hold upper body in place so head, neck and back form a vertical line above the legs.

3. Hands can be clasped behind back or in front of lower abdomen. Alternatively, place in pockets during particularly casual moments.

4. Hold indefinitely.

Thank you for that less than helpful reply. I am serious about this.

WHOOP WHOOP! SENSE OF HUMOUR FAILURE ALERT! WHOOP WHOOP!

Seriously- a BA pilot would never be seen with hands in pockets, would he? Or she? Unless looking for some change or something, maybe. And what about hands relaxed by the sides?

Serious replies only on this thread, please.
