Unless you have at least 400 hours on type( 737-300 and above), i say your chances are almost slim to none.
The Moroccan CAA won't validate your license and rating with less than that.

That is being kind - The Maroccan CAA runs a very strange ship.
Further, I'd hardly say that Arabic is necessary - it's French there.
