I spotted Conviasa's first B733 outside a Hangar at CCS about 3 weeks ago.

Looks like they are ready to start flying.
They also have a DASH 7 in full conviasa colors. And its website says that they are actually flying the Dash7 between Margarita Island and Grenada/Barcelona.

Happy holidays to the two of you... long time, no post (for me)! Has Conviasa even started service? I have to admit, I am really surprised they got up this fast - I thought it would have taken them much longer.

THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH CONVIASA IS THEY ARE MOSTLY CREWED BY ACTIVE MILITARY PILOTS

the only problem our country has, is guys like you!, who think the ex-military R the problem, Im not a military pilot and that im backing them up, no no no, civilian, but your ingnorance is too low
to set things appart from one another in this matters.-
I guess you have a bad memory on the late VIASA case
or Aeropostal or AVENSA, or ZULIANA just to name a few, and who was responsible..............chavez?, military men?

right now is when where starting to see changes in the civil aviation scenario in our country, like a new head office of INAC, instead of the crippling parque central building, having to wiat 15 or more minutes just for an elevator, new licence format, web page to acces and gather information on requirements, finaly they put a stop on the flying like crazy on the airlines without any limit on the duty or flight time daily
im sick and tired is of civil people not military in aviation, my precious employer is a civilian and of the worst in the food chain in this country , gettinn the most out of their pilots & entire crew staff, just becuase they have the power to scare, and the fear of the people of complaining to them and losing their jobs, just to earn a few dollars a month
get real man!!!!!!!!
