Depends. If you're not Spanish, it might be quite difficult.

Discrimination does unfortunately happen, if your are looking for a fair enough reason, I think that you could focus on the fact that a foreigner (generally speaking) could some day feel like returning back home and leaving the job, while a Spaniard wouldnīt. Anyway if I was looking for a job I think Spain would be the last place I could find one, there are around 4000 unemployed pilots.

You are not discriminated because of your nationality, itīs a matter of having contacts or not, may you be spanish, from the UK or from Mars... Itīs WHO you know, not WHAT you know
