During the Christmas break I've got to cobble together some details for a future contract as a corporate pilot.
I'd appreciate it if fellow ppruners could forward items that should be considered, based on their experience.
It's a UK operation, managing a fleet of aircraft, which will be used for training, corporate and AOC work.
Am content with credentials/plans of possible employer.
I may be experienced in most aspects of aviation but am a complete novice at writing contracts.
The employer is planning to meet costs of getting me my IR and converting my QFI tick to FI(H). He's aviation minded and I have been impressed ith what I've seen over thye past couple of years whilst flying him on a freelance basis.
Thanks to those of you to whom I've spoken too already, advice has beeen much appreciated.
I've told him what basic salary I can leave my current job for and he seems happy with that, so the next stage is get something on paper!
Thanks in advance.
Needless-to-say, all PMs will be treated 'in confidence'
Merry Christmas
