Overworked engineers / under paid / managers & staff leaving
/ no xmas bonus !!!
next it will be work for nothing

i really wouldnt want to be an emerald creditor at the moment
Don't think I've ever had a Christmas bonus.

Why should you expect a bonus??

When I was there AJ bought all the managers BIG Christmas hampers, and gave them hefty Christmas bonuses!! However, some were then sacked in January!!!
Everyone else got about £300. Obviously that was in better times!! Atleast AJ gave his staff something though.
So times are hard there eh? More Europe based now I believe?

How tight can AJ & his chiefs get !
I bet the 3 at the top have nice fat xmas bonus each.
Its also about time they got rid of AM & MOB and put bosses in place that care about employees.
