Only if your Spanish passes for "fluent" and only if you have Peruvian citizenship-- something that is probably neither overnight nor automatic.

Have a friend in Peru who recently was hired by LanPeru, after having flown for a DC-10 cargo operator in Lima, so yes, there is a vibrant aviation market but see above for the requirements.
