Hi
I am involved in looking at some airports charges for a local airport and was wondering for all you private pilots out there- can you advise me how Requests for Weather are charged to you.
Is it an all-in price.??? Does it depends on how many sheets are printed off??? Does it depend on type of weather requested - Winds, Local, etc. Important - How much is the going rate????
Do pilots expect charges for this facility if NO handling facilities have been requested. ??? It does take up airport staff time and some pilots could ask for weather for up to 8 different destinations
