Gents

What is going one?

Euromanx is sold to Mr Seymour (Bookajet/Club328) by Woodgate.

Euromanx used to be ticket agent op Rossair Europe

Rossair Europe is part op Rossair SA

Rossair Europe is under an new name Orange Aicraft Leasing www.flyorange.com.

Strange thing is that this happens on the same day as the new Euromanx has is press release.

Who can tell us more about those company's and what are there relations

Hi Folks ,

according to the ain articles, it doensn`t take too long until the whole thing will explode:

The owner of Euromanx is "short", the owner of Rossair is "even shorter" and Orange is an attempt to get rid of all the creditors. I wonder how the CAA in the UK and in the NL can accept this particular kind of operation. Seems to be JAR standard in these times....

It looks like Euromanx and Rossair have parted company . . . Denim Air are now doing the Euromanx operations with Fokker 50s and have replaced Rossair on the Euromanx website "EuroManx is an agent who ticket provides on behalf of DenimAir B.V.". Apparantly there's a Jetstram 31 in the pipeline for some of the Euromanx routes too.
