Despite repeated promises by Servisair management that things could only get better Wizzair have dumped the company and moved their handling agent contract over to Aviance who were formally known as Reed Aviation.

The new relationship though has got off to a bad start after light snow fell at LTN one evening a few days back. The Wizz fleet needing de-icing and Aviance did not have a serviceable de-icer. Other aircraft came and went but the Wizz trio stayed firmly on the ground for several hours until a white knight or was it an orange knight came to the rescue.

Easyjet learnt the hard way about Reeds ability to deice aircraft a few years back and ended up buying their own equipment. I guess lessons have still not been learnt at Aviance on how to keep customers happy.
