To fly in turkey you have to be a local citizen.I am from Turkey,but I am living in The Netherlands and holds Jaa license.I have applied to more than 8 ailrlines but nothings.So do not waste your time for applications, unless you are holder of turkish national license.success

Not correct! Turky will let you fly in their A/C with a JAA license, with no conversions whatsoever. You do not need a Turkish License. However a work permit will be required, and this is another story. The fact not being hired has nothing to do with the licensing.
