Can anyone shed some light on what the majority of routes are for the 320 fleet at LHR for BA?

Also do BA issue own headsets or are they left in the aircraft?

Cheers

AH64,
The Airbus fleet (319/20/21) operates throughout Europe and the UK, and to a few others like Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Headsets are on the aircraft, and are of the ANR type (disinfectant wipes provided! (unless they're 'nil stock'!))
Cheers,
Rat.

Cheers for that - do many crew buy their own? Are they in good nick?

Nobody has their own. The headsets are powered from the aircraft electrical system (for the ANR function), therefore have to comply with BA/Airbus requirements.
Condition of them is variable. Brand spanking new ones on the 321's, and some pretty shabby ones elsewhere, but, they're part of the aircraft equipment, so if you're not happy with the state of them, you put it in the tech log. (and then the engineers will go and rob the P3 headset from your's or another a/c due lack of spares;) )
