Hi all,
Has anyone heard about Air France moving over to T4 from T2 at LHR,sharing with British Airways?

Not sure where AF will park their planes. There's hardly enough stands at the moment and delays crossing the runway.

They may well move to T4... when BA move to T5!

BA are supposed to be freeing up some space, something to do with operating less flights, and yes AF will be in T4 when T5 is finished as will all the skyteam members, but AF want in as soon as possible and I was wondering if anyone had heard anything?

I recall reading somewhere that T4 would be exclusively SkyTeam's.

With their three US partners excluded from Heathrow, AF, KL and AZ would get pretty lonely in there...

Or may be the US carriers will appear at LHR in due course!

Just remember, even if the other US airlines are allowed apply for LHR slots....T5 doesnt especially mean that more slots will become available, there maybe more places to park the planes but the two runways still make it an aviation version of that great parking lot known as the M25!!!!
