convert Icao to jar

Hallò,I live in italy and how you know italy is not full jar compliant.
I have cpl/ir , and Atpl,now I'm looking for to convert my license in from Icao to jar.Does anyone know what I have to do for get it?
Especially for Atpl.

the only thing you have to do, to convert your license, is to go to you local bank, and do an hold-up. Believe me the JARLAND will suck you dry until you die under a bridge in Roma...

seriously: u have to do your 14 exams by an approved school
pass your CPL/IR check ride in a jarland . It will cost you around 35000-45000 euro
finally send me some money!:p
