Hi Talvin;

You can always follow the progress here: http://www.jaa.nl/licensing/licensing_overview.html
The list (mutual recognition) is a bid old today, June '04, but that's the one that is being updated from time to time ..

At the moment Spain is implementing JAR-FCL2, it is not completely implemented yet, but will be soon - just checked today with a school downthere ..

Some countries have a few differences from std. JAA, like France at what age they want pilots to retire - the mutual recognition and differences can be seen in the document of "Letter of Mutual Recognition", "JAR-FCL Status" or named something like this, a document your national CAA holds ..
