Does anyone know how I can contact the Aviation Lawyer regarding withdrawn permissions of a private Helipad by the local council. I am looking for advice and legal representation.

Without wishing to pre-judge or tread on Tudor's metaphorical toes, your problem would seem to be a planning problem that has an aviation component, rather than the other way about.
Try Googling "planning consultant bristol" - I seem to recall that there are one or two medium sized Bristol/West firms who probably have the skills in dealing with the planning department(s) and the planning legal issues that are causing you grief.
