Hi all

My excellent Kodak Easyshare digital camera takes short video files and outputs them as Quicktime .mov files. I would like to piece some of these together to make a mini movie (using Windows Moviemaker).

I have searched the web to no avail to try and find a freeware utility that will convert the .mov files into mpgs so I can import them into Moviemaker - I tried one but it didnt work.

Can anyone suggest a utliity that actually works? Without any extra finiancial outlay of course !! (ie freeware)

Thanks in advance,

Oggin

Has a free trial but I imagine you then have to pay :{

go here (http://www.logipole.com/indexe.html) and look on the menu for Konvertor . It is shareware and the price is €19.95 which is dirt cheap for such a phantastic programme!:ok:

Thanks for the suggestions - I tried the trial of winmpg, was quite impressed, so maybe I'll shell out the $30 to get rid of the graphic that appears on every conversion you do.

Cheers
