Flying training - admin software

Can anyone name or recommend a PC package which allows flying training (not ground school) organisations to control/schedule students and instructors, record monies paid, hours done etc?

We use:

Horizon's TotalFBO (http://www.hbcinc.com/)

A program like that would do everything you need and more. The trick would be to find one made for your country.
