"requires a keen knowledge of physics in areas like projectile motion, potential energy, kinetic energy and gravity"

Well, don't I look bloody stupid now. I humbly apologise to my Year 10 physics teacher for my "Yeah, how's this going to help in later life?"

Now, if it were a penguin that was being Trebucheted, that would be different.

How could you do that to a penguin?

Is that penguin eating an icecream? :confused:

Hey, nice penguin.

Where's my baseball bat? Or that yeti?

8th Nov 2004, 04:14
2,794 at the first attempt. I can see that this game is going to have a very negative affect on todays workload.....

There's no way I can see anybody getting 9000. I call bullsh*t.

For all you math heads out there, the formula for working out the path of a projetile on a paraboli path is:

S=ut+1/2a(t squared)

Is that penguin eating an ice cream?

Sorry to bring this back into the fore...
But we have been playing this damned game for over a week in the office, the airline is going to the dogs cos we cannot get anymore than 3800 points... !!
Anyone got any ideas as to how to get anymore points, cos those 10000 scores must be the work of a budding Einstein or the work of a bloody cheat !
Please ?

As I said LB, I call bullsh*t.
