why are airlines sponsoring? (alphacharlie's post about flybe)
I must be completely out of touch, as i thought there were loads of qualified pilots out there.
Who makes these compnay decisions?
What drugs are they taking?
What part of the solar system do they live on?
I know you probably have to pay up front with some of the costs. But still, it would cost flybe more than grabbing someone of the shelf.
Getting a flying job is hard enough. I hate to tell you what i am doing in the meantime to survive. And the company have no idea that i will leave at warp speed if an F/O position came up.
What confuses me more is why these types of decisions are being made.
Anyway, i am a little hungover so probably sound like mad whore.
