In the news today a group has been caught in a masive identity theft scheme, part of which was making fake CASA medical certificates.

If it was the USA these guys would never see the light of day once convicted!

Unfortunately, it's not so standby for the good behaviour bond, closely followed by the hearing to award compensation. No one worth their criminal salt would involve themselves in a scam like this without at least a broken home or history of abuse to throw up as a catchall defence.
