What is the pay scale for a fresh S/O in MAS?

Mas SO payscale is c**P.......FO also c**p......come to think of it Capt's also c**p...........

But to answer your question you start wit a basic of 4055+ meal allowances and productivity(average of 2500) then you take away about rm1500 to pay for your training and then you take away tax and your contributions to EPF............
and that my friend equals to c**p

are guessed averages but it should be close.

A captain in MAS can earn to a maximum of how much per month?

anyway,i dont understand about the productivity thingy.What does that mean?

4% annual increment. All figures in RM.

7317 to 9351 is for a Wide Body FO. As i understad it a capt max take home is close to or just under 20k(max) thats when you are close to retirement.
3383 is for when you are still under route training and not cleared to operate as a full fledged SO...when you are cleared it jumps to 4055.
Productivity is additional to your basic pay(as above) and its an hourly rate. For narrow body is rm15 per hour and wide body rm22 per hour...

and its c**p as i said...air asia's 737 Fo's take home more...if i am right their take home is 8k to 9k
