Check out www.nga.mil on 1 Nov. There will be "aeronautical Intelligence Analyst" jobs posted. This agency (I work there) makes the NOS style IFR charts & approach plates for military flying. We have recently hired many furloughed airline pilots. If you need something stable, decent benefits, etc...take a look.
