As fast as I recommend Spybot S&D to various people the more questions ("complaints") I get about the well documented DSO exploit problem that keeps recurring on scan, even after fixing. .....As it has come up on here (http://www.pprune.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=143446&highlight=dso+exploit) also recently, it may be of interest that a downloadable fix has become available in what I think is only the last few days (?); resulting in version 1.3.1 TX.
Bit puzzled that it is accessable on a number of sites such as this (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4392.html) but no mention (yet) on the Spybot website. .....That said, it works; although you have to scan twice. .....Once to bring up the original problem and (finally) fix and then a second time to confirm the fix.
