Is it still possible to clear American immigration at either Dublin or Shannon with Delta prior to leaving the Emerald Isle ?

Yeah you still clear US imigration in both Dublin or Shannon. You also now get finger printed in both locations.

I wonder if they will offer the same facility when Continental start from BFS?, or is it exclusively an arrangement for the Republic of Ireland?.
