Think if you check you will find the flight plan is in as EI-ORK.

Initially two plans were filed EI-ORK and EZE042P. Later the EZE plan was dropped.

It is my understanding that this flight was operated by Eastern Airways crews - shuttling the aircraft on behalf of the aircraft's owners. This may serve as an explanation why the flightplan was originally filed under the EZE flight number.
